Race Morning

What to expect on the day.

Every RUNROO race runs the same shape, morning or evening, so you always know where to stand and when to move. Exact times are on each race page.

  1. 90 Min Out

    Packet Pickup Opens

    The start line tent has your bib, your pins and your shirt. Your RFID chip is already on the back of the bib. Nothing to attach, nothing to return.

  2. 30 Min Out

    Corrals Open

    Signs mark expected finish time. Sub-20, 20 to 25, 25 to 30, 30-plus, then strollers and walkers. Nobody is policed out of a corral, but the honest pick makes the first half mile better for everybody.

  3. Gun Time

    The Horn

    Your chip time starts when you cross the mat, not when the horn sounds. Start where you belong and let the clock take care of itself.

  4. Mile 1.5

    Water Station

    Volunteers hold cups out at arm's height. Take the outside lane, grab, pinch the rim, drink past the table. Toss in the marked bin zone.

  5. The Finish

    Over The Mat

    Keep moving through the chute. Your finish photo and your official time are both recorded in the same second. Medals and water are ten steps past the line.

  6. Minutes Later

    Results In Your Pocket

    A text with your place, chip time and pace. The full results board is live at the kiosk and on RaceResult before awards begin.

Weather call. If weather forces a hold, we restart when it clears. You will get a text either way.
