Usually within two business days, and always from a person. If your date is too tight or your course is a problem, we will say so in that first reply rather than three weeks later.

A thirty minute call
What the event is for, who it benefits, how many runners you honestly expect, and what you already have in place. No proposal until we both know that.

A written scope and a number
Line items, the volunteer count you need to supply, and a fixed price. Nonprofit rates stated up front. If you say yes, we put the permit dates in the calendar that week.
