Every race on our calendar exists because somebody in Fort Worth decided a cause was worth a Saturday morning. Here is how organizations join that.

Band One

Nonprofit partners.

Five races a year, five causes. The nonprofit brings the mission and the community. We bring the course, the clock and the crew.

  • Tunnel to Towers Foundation. Our October 5K at Clear Fork.
  • Clear Narrow Foundation. Our spring autism and ADHD awareness run-walk, with a sensory-quiet corral that starts first and a one-mile family option.
  • Arthritis Foundation. The December Jingle Bell Run through Sundance Square, evening start, lit course, costume awards.
  • A local food bank. The winter Dawn 5K, with a canned goods drop at packet pickup.
  • Weatherford Chamber of Commerce. Thanksgiving morning Turkey Trot in Weatherford.

Nonprofit partners get a reduced management rate, a donation add-on wired into registration, and a results file formatted for the report your board will ask for.

Band Two

Race sponsors.

A 5K puts your name in front of four hundred local people who are in a genuinely good mood, plus everyone they text their finish time to.

  • Start arch, finish arch and chute fencing placement
  • Logo on the race shirt, the bib and the finisher medal ribbon
  • Named water station or named mile marker on course
  • Expo table at packet pickup and at the finish festival
  • Logo on the results page and on every finisher result email
  • Announcer mentions through the morning, written by you, read by us

Local businesses get first refusal on the station and mile-marker slots nearest their storefront.

Band Three

Venues & cities.

We work with the parks departments, business districts and trail authorities that make a Saturday closure possible.

  • Panther Island Pavilion. Flat, fast, water on two sides, and parking that does not fight the start.
  • Trinity Park. Shaded loop, wide paths, best course in the city for a family run-walk.
  • Clearfork. Riverside south loop with a real finish festival footprint.
  • Sundance Square. Downtown block loop, evening lighting, made for a holiday race.
  • Trinity Trails. Seventy miles of measured, permitted path that already knows what a race looks like.

Site restoration is in every scope we write. The permit renews on how we leave it.

Sponsorship

Pick your spot on the course.

Six tiers, sold per race rather than per season. Pricing is quoted per event, because field size and course change what a placement is worth.

Tell us the race and the tier, or tell us your budget and we will tell you what it reaches. Every package is priced against the actual field size, so a 200-runner first year and a 600-runner returning race are quoted differently.
